Running for her new first claim club, Worcester, Liz competed at Lee Valley in the British Masters, shortly after her return from France. She not only won two gold medals, but set two new UK records in the FV65 category, breaking the previous bests that had stood for some 20 years! In the 800m she recorded 3 mins 08.57, and must have run the 1500 almost as fast to finish in 6 mins 13.42. Congratulations, Liz .. and get well soon.
