Entry on the day only. Approx. 3 miles to trig point and back. Find your own route, or follow the crowd. The start is advertised as 11am, but it’s always been 11.45, so maybe check on Mercia Fell Runners site nearer the time (nothing there at present).

A little over 13 miles (and over 3000′ climb) this marked and marshalled race is in aid of pancreatic cancer research. Refreshments at the finish, and a medal for all.
‘The toughest marathon in the UK?’ includes running up to the top of Brown Clee, and back to Bridgnorth. Cost is £30 up to Jan 15th, then £40 till the closing date, 18 May. £45 on the day.
Two 5km loops, including climbing up onto Whitcliffe, so grass as well as closed streets. 160m of climb in total.
