Well attended AGM elected Neil P as new chairman, with Dave A vice chair. The secretary’s role is now divided between Sue D (membership) and Guy (the rest). Catherine remains treasurer, Rachel i/c publicity and Sue and Mark i/c Kit, and team captains for off-road and cross-country. Tom, Mike, Dave G, Bryan and Simon complete the committee.
Mike asked that anyone running the second and subsequent handicap races let him know their intention in advance so he can work out their handicap (otherwise he is lumbered with working out an average for everybody, just on the off chance they show)
Any help with Shobdon Wood that you can offer (marshals particularly), let Guy or Sue D know.
NB This year’s subs are now due – £15. Catherine will be happy to receive them.
