Big Dipper 2013

This was the first time I had raced the Big Dipper- what a lovely race it is! The route is in a part of the county I had never visited before. The undulations keep it interesting and the final hill is a killer, but short. I was even grateful for Mike’s drills up and down Croft Drive over the past couple of weeks! The sun was blazing hot and many of us chose the shady side of the street. A lovely medal and a great range of cakes was a brilliant way to finish the morning!
