Committee meeting

Shobdon Wood race: donations to St Michael’s Hospice [£70](next yr’s charity too), Alastair Tye (photographer)[£20] and Herefordshire Mediation Counselling [£20]. All who helped thanked for their contribution. Guy resigned as race director, so replacement being sought. New kit being ordered. Proposed junior version of multi-events. Participation of under 16s in club activities entirely the responsibility of parents, who must accompany them at all times – we would like to encourage juniors, but the law does not allow further inclusion. A club Facebook page was proposed. Mike appealed for help with handicap races, and summer off-road at Kinnersley and Shobdon. Next meeting 2 September.
