Everyone is welcome to come along and try out the route of the Croft Castle winter league race this Sunday (28th October), at 9am. We will do the ladies route which is one lap, men do three laps on race day, plus a shorter half lap. There is a slight change to the route this year due to some new fences. Meet at Croft Castle car park just before 9 a.m. If we park on the right hand side as you turn into the carpark (towards Fishpool Valley) and aim to leave before 10, then we shouldn’t cause any problem for the opening of the Castle. They haven’t in the past, but there is a risk that the National Trust may charge for parking if cars are still there when the castle is open. There will be a small charge for parking on race day.
