A lower than normal Croft turn out for this interesting race of around 21 miles based at LLawrtyd Wells. Unfortunately our big hope of beating the horses, Neil Powell, was unable to make it leaving Gary Gunner as the only club runner in the individual event. Gary had another good run to finish in 182nd place,3rd over 60 in 3:40:40, Neil Taylor, his brother Michael, hopefully a new addition to the Croft ranks, and Tom D took part in the relay finishing 23rd team in 3:17:00.This year a horse won convincingly in 2:00:51 some 25 minutes ahead of the first runner! 378 runners, relay teams and horses completed the race.
