Club Training Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.45 to 8.15pm

Coach led training sessions with our Cirf trained coach Eric and our Lirf trained coaches Kelly, Clare, Emma, Sam and Huw at varying venues posted weekly on the facebook page and on the home page of the website.

Potential members have first three taster sessions free, after that they will be required to join the club for £30 for the year up until April 1st when annual subs are due. Non members are welcome to either session, they are suitable for all ability of runner but please bring along a completed disclaimer form – downloadable here.

Sundays

No formal training but group runs frequently taking place if no races. Check Facebook, Instagram or news area of website for details on where and when to meet.
